Certified Copy of Priority Document issued by the OHIM

When a design/trademark application is filed in Japan claiming a priority of the first filing at the OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market) under the Paris Convention, a certified copy of priority document must be submitted to the JPO.
However, the documents listed below out of the documents approved and issued by the OHIM are not acceptable as certified copies of priority documents to the JPO.

 ・Extract from the database containing Community Design Applications
