Where the last day of a period prescribed for the filing of an application or demand or for any other procedure relating to a patent, a utility model, a design and a trademark falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday referred to in each of the items of Article 1(1) of the Law concerning holidays of administrative organizations (Law No.91 of 1988), the last day of the period shall be the day following such holiday or holidays.
(Article 3-2 of the Patent Law (shall apply mutatis mutandis to Article 2-5-1 of the Utility Model Law, Article 68-1of the Design Law, and Article 77-1 of the Trademark Law.))
